In our construction monitoring department, we will travel to your construction site, take pictures of the progress, communicate with the construction crews, and contact you should any concerns arise. We will document the changes that take place and label each milestone your new home achieves.

New Construction Phase / Draw Inspections
These inspections are completed for home owners or construction lenders during the construction process.
